Our favorite restaurants

You can truly say you know a place only after you’ve been through its cuisine. Romagna is no exception: it can be told through countless land and sea dishes — even better when they’re done properly in one of the Riviera’s restaurants.

In Misano you’ll find exactly what you’re looking for: whether you’re after an elegant or romantic evening, or something younger and more informal, the choice is huge!

Here are our favorites:

Ristorante La Stazione $$

One of Misano’s historic restaurants. Here you can try both seafood and meat dishes, but the real specialty is the pizza, made with special flours.

Osteria Vecia $$

If you’re craving meat, this retro-style spot is perfect: sliced beef (tagliata), mixed grill, filet, and plenty of traditional Romagnola dishes. The homemade pasta is excellent too. And to finish, the classic desserts: ciambella, tenerina, and crostata!

Osteria Mej Ad Gnint $$$

This sea-facing osteria is the place for a delicious fried seafood platter. You’ll also find skewers and grilled fish — here in Romagna it’s called *“rustida”* — plus lots of Adriatic seafood specialties. Highly recommended: the homemade pasta first courses too!

Ristorante Hockey da Paolino $

If you’re in the mood for a good pizza with a beer, or a generous aperitivo in a relaxed setting, Paolino is the right place.

La Piazzetta $

This sea-view restaurant is in the center of Misano Adriatico. The menu is extensive, with lots of seafood specialties — not necessarily prepared in the traditional way.

Ristorante Paradise $$$

It’s impossible to dine at Paradise and not order the raw seafood: it’s amazing. The pasta dishes are great too, and among the many options you’ll also find something more informal.

Ristorante Anna $$$

Seafood here as well: tartare, cold starters, tagliolini. The restaurant is right on the beach and is well looked-after without being formal.

Ristorante Grazia $$

Here you’ll find one of the best fried seafood platters you can eat in Misano. It’s on the beach and perfect for a romantic dinner too.

Ristorante Le Vele $$$$

Ideal for an exclusive dinner: at Le Vele every dish is an ode to the sea. You’ll find revisited traditional recipes, like *quadrucci* in fish broth. Choose it for a lunch or dinner that’s anything but ordinary.

Fuego BBQ Riccione $$

Fuego BBQ is Riccione’s first restaurant for butcher-fresh meat cooked exclusively over a wood ember grill. You’ll find many cuts — including special ones — BBQ-style.

Piadineria Capriccio di Gola $

The best piadina in Romagna! Honestly, no further explanation needed.

Ristorante La Mucca in spiaggia $$

Great meat restaurant with lots of cuts, from tartare to more traditional preparations.

Ristorante Posillipo Gabicce Monte $$$$

If you’ve got a special occasion to celebrate — or you want to make an ordinary day unforgettable — Posillipo is the one. The main ingredients? Incredible cuisine and a breathtaking view.

Osteria Giapponese NOI $$$

The real Japanese cuisine. A must if you love sushi.
